Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of energy (credits) on Cardify (cardify.com.ua) and supplements our Terms of Service.

Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no generation was made using them.

Credits are non-refundable once they have been used for a generation, regardless of the generation outcome.

If a payment is not confirmed by the payment system (e.g. declined by the bank), no funds are deducted and no further action is needed. If you were charged twice by mistake for the same purchase, contact us below — we will refund the extra charge within 7 business days.

Email cardisupp@gmail.com with your account email and purchase date. We review requests and process refunds within 7 business days to the original bank card used for the purchase.
