Terms of Service

By using Cardify (cardify.pp.ua, "Service"), you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

Cardify is an online service for automatic AI-powered product card generation. The Service is provided "as is" for commercial and personal use.

Registration is required to use the Service. You must provide accurate information and verify your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

Card generation consumes energy (credits). Credits are purchased through WayForPay and credited after payment confirmation.

Credits are non-refundable once used for generation. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no generations were made — contact cardisupp@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to change credit prices and plans. Previously purchased credits retain their value.

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• upload images that infringe third-party copyrights;
• generate sexual, violent or discriminatory content;
• use the Service for automated mass data collection (scraping);
• attempt to circumvent technical restrictions;
• share account access with third parties;
• use the Service for illegal purposes.

Your content: you retain all rights to product photos you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use them.

Generated content: images generated by the Service based on your uploads belong to you and may be used commercially. We make no ownership claims on generation results.

Processing license: by uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for providing the generation service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted 24/7 availability;
• that generation results will meet your expectations;
• data preservation in the event of technical failures.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including loss of profit, data or business reputation.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service for maintenance or any other reason without prior notice.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes on the website or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting cardisupp@gmail.com to request account deletion. We will delete your data within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if not possible — in the courts of Ukraine.
